Honestly, I will stay some where else next time. She told me we could just leave the keys and everything would be taken care of. She wouldn't even look at us, she just continued to do what she was doing and asked if we needed a receipt and I stated no. When we checked out the following morning, it was very early like 6:30ish a.m., that woman was friendly either. The room was just an average room and a bit over priced for the location where we were at but we were there for a wedding so we went with it. Speaking of the night crew, the gentleman who checked us in wasn't any friendlier than Danielle whom I spoke to that morning. I was finally told in a nasty tone that she would notify the night crew. I couldn't give a definative answer as the couple had the location until 9 and we could be checking in earlier or later than that. She was very demanding to know WHEN would we be checking in. I responded back with that we would then need a late check in as the wedding was to start at three p.m.
I totally understand that the hotel has the discretion to say no and the woman was very clear that we would not be allowed to check in prior to three p.m.
